DUBAI – ICT Health, the healthcare technology company, has entered into a deal with Riyadh Military Hospital to provide its web-based electronic medical records solution which is the first healthcare network in the region to benefit from the technology. The solution will automate and streamline standard workflows and clinical information system requirements and further will benefit RMH with an integrated, web-enabled, secure, scalable, robust and modular healthcare application. According to Gautam Dey, Chief Executive Officer, ICT Health has said that medical and administrative staff in leading hospital networks currently require health care technology solutions and services that are relevant, efficient and that empower staff members to do their jobs even better.

This will further help in alleviating the pressure on the network due to large number of insurance claims and associated paperwork by using central hosting and various other technologies to provide software as a service that optimises efficiency, while driving down the costs associated with traditional methods of data entry, usage, validation, reconciliation and storage. The RMH network, which comprises six hospitals across Saudi Arabia’s central region, will use the system for medical records, clinical analysis, pharmacy and laboratory order management, drug usage, insurance claims management, healthcare analytics and performance management, as well as enterprise-wide information management.
