<description>Some recent Articles have been written about, whether HIT Deployment will provide Major Costs Savings, for Healthcare Institutions (i, e, hospitals, clinics, private practice, Insurance companies, etc.).

In order to Achieved the Full Scale Benefits (i, e, Costs Savings and Outcomes, Natiionwide EHR/EMR/PHR Interoperability, etc) of HIT Solutions and Training Deployment, we also need to Deploy, a Nationwide, pure Paacket-based, All Optical/IP, Multi-Service National Transport Network Infrastructure, using Optical Ethernet throughout this National &quot;Network of Networks.&quot; This will Connect All Optical Islands, Nationwide.

We need to Used some of the Stimullus Funds, to Build Smart Infrastrucutre Services for: Energy Systems, Smart Transportation Systems, Broadband, and Healthcare IT. This Investment will Enabled, New Jobs Creation and Economic Recovery.

Proderly Deployed HIT Solutionsa and Training, will Increased Productivity, Efficiency, and provide us with Cost Savings of around 20-30% of our Annual National Healthcare Expendituress (2008, $2.3 Trillions).

The Investment in this National &quot;Natwork of Networks&quot;, in addition to New Jobs Creation and Economic Recovery, can Serve as a Business Driver for: Energy Systems, Transportation Systems, e-Commerce, e-Education, e-Healthcare, Social Networking, Entertainment, etc.

This Invesstment is like the Investments in the past, in ERA, TVA, and the National Transportation Inter-State Highways, which Increased Productivity and our GDP.

Please See: www.gkquoquoi.blogspot.com for NHIN Summary Deployment Plan.
